The HCS support team strives to provide the best technical support in the health care software industry.

HCS Support is available 24 hours a day, year round. The Help Desk is fully staffed Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm CST. After-hours assistance, including weekends and holidays, is managed by a rotating team of experienced technical support personnel.
