The Health Care Systems, Inc (HCS) Support Team is available 24 hours a day year round. The Help Desk is fully staffed Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1730 hours CST. After-hours assistance, including weekends and holidays, is managed by a rotating team of regular technical support personnel.
