The Health Care Systems, Inc (HCS) Support Team is available 24 hours a day year round.  The Help Desk is fully staffed Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1730 hours CST.  After-hours assistance, including weekends and holidays, is managed by a rotating team of regular technical support personnel.

HCS offers Support Services that include the following:

  • Telephone and e-mail access to analysts with experience in health care and information technology
  • 24 x 7 Support for conditions that affect the quality, accuracy, or administration of patient care
  • A customer database that enables analysts to share profile and case information
  • Technical support, monitoring and remote administration of hardware, operating systems for all applications.

HCS eMAR has helped decrease our med error rate, increase patient safety, and improve our workflow!  Implementation of eMAR was very smooth.  HCS provided a thorough introductory class that allowed our staff to get comfortable with the navigation and to ask questions.  The ability to customize everything to suit our workflow is wonderful!  We are so thankful for HCS eMAR!
