Technical Support Information

The Health Care Systems, Inc (HCS) Support Team is available 24 hours a day year round.  The Help Desk is fully staffed Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1730 hours CST.  After-hours assistance, including weekends and holidays, is managed by a rotating team of regular technical support personnel.

HCS offers Support Services that include the following:

  • Telephone and e-mail access to analysts with experience in health care and information technology
  • 24 x 7 Support for conditions that affect the quality, accuracy, or administration of patient care
  • A customer database that enables analysts to share profile and case information
  • Technical support, monitoring and remote administration of hardware, operating systems for all applications.
