HCS Client Article Published in Pharmacy Purchasing and Products

PinnacleHealth is the leading hospital and healthcare system in Central Pennsylvania, offering services from prenatal to geriatrics.  PinnacleHealth is only the tenth Magnet hospital in Pennsylvania and one of only 251 in the nation. Pinnacle Health has been an Health Care Systems medication reconciliation client since March 2009.  Pinnacle Health uses HCS Medication Reconciliation throughout the hospital.  Recently, Janice Dunsavage, Rph, MAS; Erik Hernandez, PharmD; and Rita Overcash, RN, BSN, MSHA wrote an article outlining how Pinnacle Health improved medication reconciliation at their hospital.
