Health Care Systems, Inc. is excited to announce a new partnership for medication reconciliation with St. Joseph's/Candler Health System (SJ/C), an award winning MAGNET hospital system located in Savannah, GA. SJ/C will take advantage of HCS' capability to integrate with Meditech to provide the patient's retail medication history within a feature rich, streamlined medication reconciliation system, helping their clinicians offer the best patient care available.
SJ/C offers healthcare services across the entire continuum of health care, including local and regional primary care, specialized inpatient and outpatient services at both St. Joseph's and Candler hospital. Both St. Joseph's Hospital and Candler Hospital are individually accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), while the health system is one of a select few in the country to have achieved network accreditation status.
