Q:
Will HCS OrderImage work with my pharmacy information system?
A:  Yes, HCS OrderImage will work with any pharmacy system.

Q:  How long does it take to implement HCS OrderImage?
A:
It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to implement HCS OrderImage for a single facility.  A customized project plan will be created for each client.  A project manager will be assigned to the project to ensure it succeeds in a timely manner.

Q:  Will I have to buy or lease hardware from Health Care Systems, Inc. to use HCS OrderImage?
A:
No, HCS OrderImage does not require proprietary hardware.  HCS provides configurations that are specialized per customer.  HCS encourages using existing fax machines, scanners, or multi-function devices whenever possible.  Often, order entry workstations can be quickly upgraded with a 2nd monitor to create a dual monitor view in the pharmacy.  Out on the nursing floors, or on pharmacist laptops, the application can also run in a single monitor view, allowing the user to toggle between screens.

"We installed HCS PACS in October of 2005 and recouped our software costs by March of 2005.  Never have I seen a Return on Investment occur this quickly and my technologists are ecstatic.  We are literally saving thousands of dollars each month and I couldn't be happier with the service I get from HCS."
